This position has a great Monday - Friday schedule, 8am-5pm; subject to changes with business need during end of month closing deadlines.
The Office Manager will report directly to the dealership Controller.

- Recruit, train, and manage dealership office staff
- Complete daily bank reconciliation & cash report
- Review and sign company checks
- Perform weekly schedule reviews and work with office staff to maintain them.
- Collect NSF funds; turn over applicable items to legal counsel for collection
- Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records
- Review documentation which relates to the handling and processing of documents.
- Review payroll before it is processed
- Prepare and process monthly sales tax deposits
- Prepare and process monthly VIT tax payments
- Perform month-end close procedures
- Assist in completion of annual/review/audit
- Liaison with customers and outside vendors
- Lend support to all department managers
- Experience working in a franchise dealership business office ideal
- 2 or more years of experience in a supervisor or office manager role
- Advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles required
- Experience with DMS systems such as ADP/Reynolds/Ignite a must
- High School diploma, college degree is preferred
- Must be able to provide references upon request
