Ken Ganley Westside Imports continues to set sales records and we need to add a new full time F&I Manager to assist with our amazing growth! We have inventory to sell! You can easily do 60-100 vehicles per month. We need a top producer and will compensate top dollar. If this sounds like you, then this is a fabulous opportunity for you!
Two or more years of experience as an Automotive F&I Manager is required. Candidates should have an impressive track record of documented performance as well as great customer service. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team-first environment is crucial.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with clients to determine finance / payment needs
- Utilize menu platform to present vehicle service contracts and other ancillary products
- Prepare and finalize all documents as required for vehicle delivery
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
- Work in conjunction with sales managers and salespeople on deal structure and closes
- Desking and closing deals
- Sales consultant development
Qualifications:
- Friendly and outgoing
- Strong CDK knowledge
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Strong attention to detail
- A team player
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as Automotive F&I Manager or Sales Manager
- Minimum of five (5) years of automotive sales experience
- Documented track record of performance
- Self-starter with proven track record
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- A proven track record of F&I success
- Background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
