We are seeking an Automotive Sales Representative with opportunity for growth, advancement and a long term career. Previous automotive sales experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Professional sales training will be provided. Those with experience in the hospitality, call center, telemarketing, customer service, mortgage, financial, and insurance industries are highly encouraged to apply. Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be required to provide the best in customer service, outstanding sales assistance to our customers and to consistently achieve sales goals.
- Greet and respond to our client base in a welcoming manner.
- Gather guests’ information to assess their needs.
- Be the expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
- Build relationships. You are responsible for creating lifelong customers.
- Ability to perform mathematical tasks which include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. (This pertains to all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.)
- Present both products and financial options to satisfy clients.
- Complete certification training for both the dealership and manufacturer.
- Respond to email inquiries, follow up with clients prior to and after the sale and utilize online resources to develop new business.
- Learn to overcome obstacles and thrive in sales situations.
- Meet monthly sales goals and quotas.
- Direct report to Sales Manager regarding objectives, reviews & analyses.
- Conduct business in an ethical and honest fashion with integrity.
Qualifications:
- Available to work evenings & weekends.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Drive for financial rewards.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Reliable attendance required.
