We are seeking an Automotive Sales Representative with opportunity for growth, advancement and a long-term career. You will learn about product offerings, our sales process and how we retain our customers for life. Our Sales Team sells with a consultative approach. Previous automotive sales experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Professional sales training will be provided. Those with experience in the hospitality, call center, telemarketing, customer service, mortgage, financial, and insurance industries are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and help match them with the right vehicle
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
- Guide customers through the sales and financing process
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
- Stay current on inventory and promotions
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
