Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform mechanical diagnosis with efficiency and accuracy.
- Complete work as assigned on repair orders in a timely fashion, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Examine vehicles for both safety and maintenance items.
- Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
- Explain mechanical problems and needed repairs to service advisors and vehicle owners.
- Report to service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
- Ensure training certifications are maintained and up-to-date.
- Keep the shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times.
- Understand and follow all state and federal regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous waste.

Who should apply? Motivated and skilled technicians with previous service technician experience or entry level with 1 years’ experience. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Also, certified electronic technicians are strongly encouraged to apply. We look for team players who are flexible, focused, take the initiative and have a passion for customer service.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants are also required to have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Other requirements include completing and passing both a background and drug test as a condition of employment.
