Ken Ganley Bedford Subaru is seeking motivated, friendly person for an administrative assistant position within our finance department. This person will be responsible for assisting the finance department in day-to-day administrative duties which include ensuring that records are properly kept and processed. Proficient typing skills are a must. Candidate should be well versed in Microsoft Office products. Automotive experience is a plus. This person should be a high energy person with a great attitude that enjoys working with the public. Candidates must possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate must be able to multi-task, and should possess strong organizational skills. We will train you for all relevant job responsibilities.

Finance department Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Managers.
- Prepare, organize, and review deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Scan, file, and maintain finance and sales documents.
- Verify all required signatures and documentation have been obtained before funding.
- Track contracts and funding status.
- Communicate with banks, lenders, title clerks, and internal departments as needed.
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies and lender requirements.
- Assist with processing warranty products, GAP, and service contract paperwork.
- Order payoff checks and maintain finance records.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in dealership management systems.
- Assist with additional administrative projects and office duties as assigned.
