Ken Ganley Buick GMC is growing fast and hiring an Auto Body Shop / Collision Estimator to join our professional collision team in Strongsville, OH. This role involves inspecting damaged vehicles, preparing detailed estimates, and coordinating with insurance companies and technicians to deliver top-tier repair service. Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicle damage and create detailed repair estimates
- Use estimating software to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians
- Negotiate and confirm estimates with insurance companies
- Ensure proper documentation for all work and customer records
- Stay updated on industry standards, repair procedures, and safety guidelines
- Provide an excellent customer service experience from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Prior Collision Estimator or Service Advisor experience required
- Body Shop experience in related industries such as RV, Marine, or Powersports are welcome to apply
- CDK experience is helpful, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
