Ken Ganley Medina is now hiring for to organized, customer-focused Automotive Parts Advisors to join our growing team. Whether you've worked a dealership parts counter or have automotive parts experience from an aftermarket retailer, this is an opportunity to build your career with one of Ohio's leading automotive groups. Responsibilities:
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts purchases
- Support technicians by locating and supplying parts quickly and accurately
- Research and identify the correct OEM and aftermarket parts
- Process parts orders, returns, warranties, and special orders
- Maintain inventory accuracy and help keep the parts department organized
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and service advisors
- Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction
Qualifications:
- Automotive parts experience is preferred but not required. We will train motivated candidates!
- Dealership parts department experience is a plus
- RV, Powersports, Marine, or other related industry parts experience is welcome!
- Knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
