Ken Forging, Inc. a manufacture of forged industrial hardware is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of shipments.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Pull, sort, count and assemble parts.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse safely.
- Conduct data entry for shipping inventory updates, and order processing.
- Run packing machines as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for weight measurements, quantities, and measurements during packing and loading processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order picking & packing activities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, carriers, and customers while providing outstanding customer service.
