KEN FORGING, INC. a leading USA manufacturer of forged industrial hardware is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SAFETY COORDINATOR
Duties Included:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety policies aligned with OSHA standards and EPA regulations.
- Lead safety training sessions focused on OSHA compliance, first aid procedures, CPR certification, and workers' compensation law.
- Investigate workplace incidents, prepare detailed report writing, and track corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate emergency response plans, including first aid readiness and occupational health protocols.
- Maintain accurate safety records, documentation of training sessions, incident reports, and compliance audits.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies that promote a culture of safety awareness across all manufacturing operations.
Candidate should have basic knowledge of manufacturing safety guidelines, be detail oriented, be a take charge individual, able to maintain an established safety programs and have good computer skills.
