Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Contract Administrator to join our team. This vital role supports our financial operations, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, contract management, and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment scheduling.
- All aspects of Accounts Payable
- Matching PO's to packing slips
- Invoice matching
- Entering bills in computer system
- Contract Billings monthly as required
- Answering multi-line phone calls and assisting with customer needs as back-up
- Maintain office supplies, inventory and orders as needed
- Offer support and solutions to Vendors and Customers in accordance with company policies
- A/R tasks as needed
Other duties as requested by Management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts payable and contract administration
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Sage or similar tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent data entry skills including 10 key typing.
- Ability to reconcile accounts accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of payroll management systems like Paycom or ADP is a plus
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multi-task is a must
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment with little supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
