What are the responsibilities and job description for the Canteen Manager position at KEN-BUR-BEL NORWALK OHIO AMERICAN LEGION?
This position's schedule is dynamic and flexible
Canteen Manager reports to Executive Board of American Legion Post 41 and works alongside the other Canteen Manager.
Manager will train, schedule, and offer guidance to staff.
Maintain receipt and record daily data for audit by E-board, Finance Officer, and Ohio Gaming Authority in accordance with Ohio Charities Law.
Reconcile daily receipts and prepare register bags.
Maintain inventory and order products for daily operation.
Enforce canteen rules and regulations.
Maintain calendar of events and hall rentals.
Be physically present at drawing, events and observe staff.
Serve as Canteen/ Post Special Events Coordinator along with Second Vice of E-board, to boost morale and support funds for the Post.
