Position Description
Completes major and minor repairs to maintain the physical plant of the facility. Assists with the security and safety of patients, residents, staff and visitors.

Physical requirements include repetitive bending, stooping, climbing, lifting weights 50 - 80 lbs without assistance and in excess of 80lbs with assistance; accurate hearing and vision; ability to drive van/car/truck; must be able to work long hours; on call 24 hours/day. Must possess valid Virginia driver's license. Must be 21 years old or older.

- High school graduate, GED or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years’ maintenance or construction experience.
- Must possess knowledge of general maintenance work procedures.
- Ability to operate power and hand tools.
