We are a family-owned and operated excavating and septic company proudly serving Northeast Wisconsin with quality workmanship and dependable service. We value hard work, integrity, and treating our employees as family. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation work
- Assist with septic system installations and related earthwork
- Read grade stakes, site plans, and project layouts
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Work closely with crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain safe and clean job sites
Qualifications
- Previous heavy equipment operating experience required
- Experience in excavation or septic work preferred
- Ability to operate equipment with precision and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help where needed
