Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team. Duties

• Conduct outside sales efforts to identify and acquire new clients
• Provide personalized insurance consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Manage sales administration tasks, including policy documentation and client records
• Engage in marketing activities to promote insurance products and services
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
• Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality of client information during all interactions
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and generate leads
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills essential for building client trust and closing deals
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client populations
• Excellent analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
• Familiarity with sales administration, marketing, and customer service best practices
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to client confidentiality is desirable
• Prior experience with telemarketing or outreach campaigns is advantageous

Pay: $50,918.34 - $61,321.02 per year
