Kemper Capital Management, a division of Kemper CPA Group, is a locally owned advisory-only financial services firm that develops customized financial strategies for individuals, small business owners and retirement plans. Our experienced team of financial professionals is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Wealth Management Client Services Representative position in our Evansville, Indiana office. Candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week and 30 to 40 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities
Provide high level support to personnel and clients.
Communicate with clients in-person, on the phone, through email or other written correspondence.
Process client transaction requests.
Manage the opening of new client accounts.
Assist with gathering and uploading data for financial plans.
Research issues and respond to client and staff questions in a simple, understandable fashion.
Help maintain schedules for office staff.
Manage multiple client requests in an efficient and timely manner.
General administrative tasks – word processing, photocopying, filing, and scanning.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies
Two to three years of previous customer service experience in a professional services firm is required.
Bachelor’s or associate degree in a business-related field is preferred.
Previous working experience with Charles Schwab and Orion platforms is preferred.
Ability to display a professional demeanor while also effectively communicating verbally and in writing to clients and team members in a respectful and professional manner.
Willingness to learn how financial services/markets work.
Acute attention to detail with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work toward deadlines.
High level of interpersonal skills to interact and build relationships.
Experience and judgment to plan for and accomplish goals.
Proficient in current and new office technology.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as clients.
Experience with general office support, scanning, photocopying, and filing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
