We are looking for a Production Operator for the Industry & Water segment in Mojave, CA. This position performs work safely in accordance with established procedures; troubleshoots problems; performs lab analysis tasks; and ensures the proper operation of all equipment.

In This Role You’ll Be Responsible For

• Monitoring tank levels and process instrumentation
• Operating pumps, valves, filter presses, controls and other operating devices
• Loading finished goods,
• Connecting/disconnecting railroad cars
• Operating the fork trucks, skid steers and overhead cranes
• And any other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring To The Team

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school or process operations coursework preferred.
• 1 years of experience in chemical plant operations, industrial manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience working with little supervision.
• Experience with MS office applications including word, excel, power point and outlook.

The hourly rate for consideration for this position is $26.48 per hour with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance, paid time off, life/disability insurance and a 401k retirement plan (which includes a company match).
