As a leading commercial chemical carrier, Kemira Water Solutions, Inc. offers opportunities that are essential to both our communities and our customers. As a CDL-A independent operator driver, you'll load chemical commodities from Kemira manufacturing terminals that directly service Kemira's customer base. These high-demand, essential loads are delivered to water treatment facilities and steel-producing companies throughout the Midwest and Great Lakes regions.
Pay Details:
- Opportunity to earn $250,000 annually
- Weekly settlements

What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Commitment to a "Safety First and Foremost" work environment with a Goal Zero mindset for accidents, incidents, and injuries
- Minimum of 5 years of experience driving a Class A tractor-trailer (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience transporting bulk liquid chemicals in a cargo tank (required)
- Quarterly FHWA inspection of equipment performed by an authorized vendor (required)
- Class A CDL with X endorsement (required)
- Sleeper tractor (required)
- Clean MVR and driving record (2.0 points or less)
- Newer model power unit that meets all current federal regulations
- Ability to haul a minimum payload of 45,500 lbs.
- Ability to utilize a truck-mounted air compressor, PTO, or high-CFM truck compressor for all product offloading
- Ability to provide workers' compensation or comparable insurance
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and at heights of up to 15 feet
- Strong organizational skills, basic math skills, and attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of DOT rules, regulations, and ELD compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
