Position Summary
The HR Manager (Intermediate Level) is responsible for developing, coordinating, and optimizing HR processes to ensure efficient workforce management, timely recruitment, and effective employee relations. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and proactive problem-solving to support continuous improvement and meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures based on company objectives and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with department managers to ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Monitor HR metrics, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Analyze HR data and trends to optimize processes and support strategic decision-making
- Support new employee orientation and changes in HR programs
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, HR activities, and compliance documentation
- Report recurring HR issues and recommend solutions to enhance reliability and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EEOC)
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement projects related to HR
- Support initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and employee engagement programs to optimize organizational performance
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred
Experience: 3–5 years of HR management experience in a corporate or industrial environment
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of HR management, HRIS software, and recruitment platforms
- Ability to analyze HR data, create reports, and develop actionable insights
- Familiarity with employee relations, compliance, and talent management processes
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements
- Able to work in office and occasionally visit plant or production areas
- May be required to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- May be required to work overtime, weekends, or on-call shifts
Pay: $61,364.11 - $73,900.87 per year
