- Prepare and Review Import/Export Documentation
- Assist in reviewing and preparing import/export documentation.
- Support classification of goods under HTS and ECCN codes.
- Help monitor compliance with U.S. and international trade laws (e.g., EAR, ITAR, OFAC).
- Conduct audits of shipping and customs records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update compliance databases and documentation.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and legal teams on trade-related issues.
- Research and Monitor Regulations
- Research country-specific trade regulations and sanctions.
- Participate in training sessions and compliance reviews.
- Perusing degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Exceptional work ethic, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Exposure to logistics operations and compliance practices.
