👤 Note: You will be the only Test Automation Engineer on the team — must be senior and capable of building Python automation frameworks from scratch.
🔍 Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
• Participate in all testing practices including test incident management, defect management, manual testing, and automation.
• Create & maintain manual and automated tests aligned with organizational standards.
• Write clean, maintainable automation code and review peers’ code.
• Contribute to internal testing guidelines, standards, and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement tests.
• Develop strong technical & business understanding of the squad’s domain.
• Support the release management process.
💡 Skills You BringTechnical:
✔ Strong experience with test design techniques to ensure high-quality test data
✔ Hands-on experience with web-based apps and/or ETL technologies
✔ Proficient in Python or Java (pytest familiarity preferred)
✔ Experience with version control systems
✔ Knowledge of PostgreSQL
✔ Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
✔ Ability to develop scripts for automation
✔ Knowledge of Agile (Scrum)
✔ Windows proficiency
