🔹 Location: Dallas, TX (REMOTE with travel 1 week/month)
🔹 Duration: 12 Months
🔹 Visa: USC, GC
We are looking for a highly seasoned Oracle Program Manager/Director to lead a large, complex Oracle implementation. This role requires deep Oracle expertise, strong executive communication, and the ability to drive delivery excellence alongside our project Partner.
💼 Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage all phases of a complex Oracle implementation from initiation to delivery
• Act as the primary liaison between the Partner, project teams, and stakeholders
• Develop/executive project plans, timelines, deliverables
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate workstream dependencies
• Oversee project governance, reporting, and documentation
• Ensure quality, compliance, and performance standards
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
✔️ Qualifications• 10 years of experience with Oracle applications (ERP, EPM, etc.)
• Proven success delivering large-scale Oracle implementations
• Strong knowledge of Oracle methodologies, architecture, and integrations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or equivalent certification is a strong plus
