📌 Position DetailsRole: EPIC Beacon Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 3–6 months (extension possible)
Visa: USC/GC only
✔ MUST-HAVE Qualifications- Epic Beacon Certification
- CAR-T build experience
- Strong clinical background — Nurse or similar clinical profession required
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and with minimal supervision
We are looking for an experienced Beacon Consultant who can contribute to major CAR-T build activities and potentially support research build (ALPHA 3 project). The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled in oncology and research workflows.
🧩 Key Responsibilities- Design & build IEC Carepaths and associated Epic checklists
- Create & update IEC SmartForms for CAR-T workflows
- Build IEC referral workflows (similar to BMT referral processes)
- Develop IEC admission order sets aligned with clinical protocols
- Maintain IEC Flowsheets & IEC Synopsis
- Build & refine IEC Reports for clinical/operational use
- Configure IEC notes and smart tools (SmartLinks, SmartPhrases, etc.)
- Collaborate with clinical & IT teams to validate workflows and ensure compliance
- Document build decisions & provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Epic Beacon certification or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Proven CAR-T build experience
- Familiarity with Epic research workflows
- Strong understanding of oncology workflows & documentation
- Ability to translate clinical needs into scalable Epic solutions
- Excellent communication & multitasking abilities
- Initial focus: CAR-T build for first 3 months
- Possible extension for research build (ALPHA 3)
- Strong collaboration with Beacon Team & clinical leads
