- Support food service operations by plating dishes attractively and timely for service.
- Maintain proper food handling procedures during meal preparation, including storage, temperature control, and cross-contamination prevention.
Skills
- Proven experience in a restaurant or food industry setting with strong culinary skills.
- Knowledge of dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus.
