Key Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of a senior attorney, advise clients in the areas of municipal law, zoning and land use, real estate transactions, commercial transactions, business law, and estate planning and administration.
- Maintain client files and manage a high-volume workload while meeting deadlines.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft pleadings, memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Review and draft agreements, contracts, ordinances, resolutions, and other legal documents.
- Handle all aspects of estate administration.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to clients’ needs.
