- Install EMT and rigid conduit
- Pull and terminate low voltage and control wiring
- Mount BAS control panels, sensors, devices, and controllers
- Install and support HVAC controls infrastructure
- Read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, and control submittals
- Label and document installed systems
- Support startup and commissioning teams
- Maintain safe and organized work areas
- Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and mechanical trades onsite
- BAS installation experience preferred
- Low voltage electrical experience
- Commercial or industrial electrical background
- HVAC controls familiarity
- Experience with conduit bending and installation
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reporting location
