This role centers on developing new business and delivering comprehensive HVAC solutions, including design-build projects, retrofit work, system upgrades, and energy-efficient improvements.

You will work closely with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored recommendations that enhance system reliability, performance, and long-term efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, contractors, and decision-makers
- Identify and pursue opportunities for system enhancements, replacements, and new installations
- Prepare and present detailed proposals outlining scope, cost, and project schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams, including estimating, engineering, and operations, to ensure accurate planning and execution
- Stay current with emerging HVAC technologies, industry trends, and energy efficiency standards
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while contributing to overall company growth
- Demonstrated experience in HVAC sales, project sales, or a similar technical sales environment
- Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems, applications, and equipment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
