Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues before they escalate
- Identify gaps in service delivery and work with operations to improve performance
- Track account activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using Salesforce
- Report on account health, revenue growth, and value-added contributions
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, estimating) to ensure seamless execution
- Support onboarding of new customers and expansion into new regions
- High customer retention and satisfaction
- Measurable revenue growth within assigned accounts
- Clear visibility into account performance through Salesforce
- Identification and resolution of service gaps before they impact relationships
- 3 years of account management, sales, or customer relationship experience (HVAC/MEP industry preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
