We're looking for several skilled technicians ready to take on a full-time role diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex HVAC systems.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve issues across a range of HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and system inspections to maximize performance and extend equipment life.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
- Repair or replace failed components including motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.
- Clearly communicate service findings and next steps with clients and colleagues.
- Keep thorough, accurate records of work completed, parts installed, and system status.
- Perform all work in accordance with applicable safety standards, local codes, and company guidelines.
- High school diploma or GED; technical school training or HVAC certification is a plus.
- 4 or more years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a comparable field role.
- Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
- EPA 608 certification (required).
- Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and equipment schematics.
- Sharp troubleshooting instincts and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between job sites.
- NATE certification or comparable industry credential.
- Demonstrated experience with commercial HVAC systems.
- Comfort with digital service platforms and mobile work order tools.
- Hourly Rate: Up to $42/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
