The Senior Project Manager – Enterprise, helps foster a culture of project management and process improvement by managing cross-functional initiatives across the organization that deliver strategic value and scalable growth throughout the organization. Combines soft, analytical and project management skills to provide oversight to strategic projects. Salary commensurate with experience, education and certification $95,313 - $123,346
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (equivalent experience includes 4 years in a project management related role in addition to below experience requirements)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management roles or directly managing/leading projects.
Strong knowledge of standard PMO practices, methodologies, project metrics and KPIs • Experience supporting project assessments, root cause analysis, and deep dives on problem projects to get them back on track • Experience in business process (re)design.
Manage projects as assigned. Responsible for developing and maintaining project scope, schedule, budget, and resources/team to ensure timely project outputs. Ensure project risks and issues are managed throughout the project lifecycle for all assigned projects.
Communicate project status thoroughly, escalate issues where appropriate, and assist peers and project team members where appropriate. Regularly provide and disseminate project analysis, assignments, timelines, and progress reports to leadership, as appropriate. Facilitate communication, managing stakeholder(s) expectations and serving as an effective liaison between internal and external stakeholders as it pertains to assigned project deliverables.
Support initiation and planning activities through completion of needs assessments, cost-benefit analyses, process mapping activities, project budget estimates, and detailed project plans to support financial decision making related to project scope, as appropriate.
Work closely with leadership to identify priorities and achieve organizational alignment across various projects including identification of cross-dependencies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of project planning activities.
