Seasonal Delivery Drivers Wanted for FedEx - Use your own vehicle!

About Us: Kelsar Ventures is an authorized contractor for FedEx operating out of Dubuque IA and delivering in Southwest Wisconsin.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Seasonal FedEx Delivery Drivers using their own vehicles (AVP – Alternate Vehicle Program). As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that FedEx packages are delivered promptly and in excellent condition to our customers. Although these positions are short-term (through Dec 31st), there may be an opportunity to come on board as regular part-time or full-time employee at the end of the Holiday Season.

This position pays a competitive hourly rate plus mileage reimbursment.

Must have a reliable, well-maintained vehicle (car, van, or similar), titled in your name, to use for deliveries. Car must be 2011 or newer. Proof of insurance.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Must be minimum 21 years of age.

Ability to lift and carry packages upstairs, driveways, gravel and curbs, in any weather conditions.

Knowledge of the local area (primarily Grant County Wisconsin) and streets is a plus.

Previous delivery experience is preferred but not required. Excellent time-management skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Must pass a federal, state, and local criminal background check, as well as Motor Vehicle Report.

Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly, use GPS and scanner, follow directions.
