Delivery Driver for FedEx contractor

Kelsar Ventures Inc is a small business that contracts with FedEx to provide pickup and delivery service to Southwest Wisconsin out of the Dubuque Iowa FedEx terminal. We are a professional, customer-centric, supportive team, and our goal is to provide the best customer experience possible while giving our employees fulfilling, competitively paid work.

This is a physical position. You will need to be able to deliver packages that could weigh up to 150 pounds (with the use of a handcart). Our routes are primarily rural and require a driver to have confidence and the ability to exercise common sense and safe driving practices on rural Wisconsin roads. We pay a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires after the first 3 months of employment with us.

Requirements

• Work experience that demonstrates dedication and commitment. We are looking for reliable employees who we can count on to show up and approach each day with a positive attitude.
• Candidate MUST BE AT LEAST 21 years old.
• Candidates must be able to safely maneuver packages that weigh up to 150 pounds (with the aid of a dolly) and be on their feet throughout the day. Most packages weigh less than thirty pounds.
• Candidates will need to pass a DOT physical and both pre-employment and random DRUG SCREENS.
• Candidates must pass a Criminal Background Check, Driving Record (DOT) check and an Employment background Check.
• Clean Driving Record: Excessive speeding violations, violations for driving 15 mph over the posted speed limit or DUIs in the last 5 years will disqualify you from the corporate and federal regulations required to be a delivery driver with FedEx.
• Experience using an Ipad and GPS.
• 1 year commercial driving experience strongly preferred but not required. CDL NOT REQUIRED.
