We’re looking for a Field Sales Specialist who’s ready to own a territory, grow an existing book of business, and build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities: other duties may be assigned
- Drive new business through prospecting and consultative selling
- Manage and grow accounts across industries: healthcare, education, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and more
- Lead in-person and virtual meetings with decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and exceed customer expectations
- Maintain and update CRM, pipeline, and customer reviews
- Hit sales and margin goals—and be rewarded for it
- Partner with Sales Leaders, BDMs, and vendor reps to expand your territory
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of sales or account management experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Self-starter with a team-first mindset
- Willingness to learn our product lines and industry
