We are seeking a proactive Sourcing & Commercial Manager to join our supply chain team, focused on securing essential direct materials and optimizing supplier relationships.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead supplier sourcing, negotiations, and performance management for direct materials.
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, statements of work, pricing, and business terms to support business objectives.
- Develop and execute commodity strategies using market intelligence and category analysis.
- Manage inventory, consignment material supply, and ensure reliable, cost-effective sourcing.
- Identify and champion cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain.
- Continuously monitor industry and technical trends to keep our sourcing strategies competitive.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Korean (verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, business, or a similar field.
- 3 years of hands-on commercial sourcing, procurement, or vendor management experience (5 years preferred).
- Demonstrated success negotiating supplier agreements and driving efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams; tech or manufacturing industry background a plus!
