Position Overview

A cross-functional Strategy & Operations team is seeking a skilled Parcel Pricing Analyst to support business development through data-driven pricing, solution designs, and customer value assessments. This role focuses on driving growth and adoption of logistics solutions by crafting compelling value presentations, ROI analyses, and customized pricing strategies tailored to the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex models to evaluate various pricing strategies and solution configurations using large, diverse data sets.
• Conduct value assessments with prospective clients, producing customized ROI analyses aligned to specific business objectives.
• Support responses to RFPs and RFIs as required by the business development team.
• Develop and refine pricing models for both new and existing logistics products.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to product and engineering teams based on analysis and customer feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, operations, and merchant teams to understand client requirements and drive adoption.
• Create and enhance customer-facing sales collateral that communicates solution value effectively.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in a quantitatively rigorous field (e.g., engineering, mathematics, business management).
• Demonstrated business acumen and a strong passion for using data to uncover revenue growth opportunities.
• Superior analytical ability with intellectual curiosity and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and visual, with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of managing parallel initiatives and delivering results under tight timelines.
• Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, direct-to-consumer, retail, or small package preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis, generating business insights, and working with data management tools.
• High level of skill in MS Excel, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Willingness and ability to learn new data management technologies.
