Platform Support Specialist (Wolters Kluwer CCH® Tagetik for SAP HANA)
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite preferred) or Remote (PST hours)
Pay Rate: $67/hour (W2, through staffing supplier)
Contract: 6 months, 40 hrs/week (potential extension)

About the Role:
Solidigm is looking for a skilled and driven Platform Support Specialist to join our team! You’ll provide implementation and technical support for the CCH® Tagetik for SAP HANA® platform—playing a key role in integrating systems, ensuring great data flow, and empowering our clients to achieve best-in-class financial performance and reporting.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical support for the CCH® Tagetik for SAP HANA® platform to maintain peak performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to data integration, metadata synchronization, and financial reporting.
- Manage and optimize data integration from SAP S/4HANA® and non-SAP sources using SAP HANA SDA / SDI.
- Automate data and metadata extraction, mapping, and synchronization from a variety of systems.
- Enable real-time data access and streamlined financial close, consolidation, and reporting.
- Train clients and end-users on platform features and best practices.
- Act as a bridge between finance, IT, and business teams for effective solutions and communication.
- Use AI and machine learning tools to enhance financial processes (such as anomaly detection and driver-based analysis).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document key processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Must Have:
- 3 years’ hands-on experience supporting SAP HANA or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of finance/accounting processes (including financial close, consolidation, planning, or reporting).
- Proficient with SAP S/4HANA, SDA, and SDI.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CCH® Tagetik.
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Exposure to AI/machine learning in finance.
- Experience supporting tax compliance or disclosure management.
