Position Overview:
As a Credit Onboarding Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers are correctly onboarded in compliance with the latest legislative requirements. This is a process-driven but dynamic role—not just a step-by-step SOP—calling for critical thinking and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a dedicated representative supporting compliance with new legislation requirements
- Oversee KYC (Know Your Customer), KYB (Know Your Business), and customer screening processes
- Conduct manual reviews of flagged applications and manage A‑Restriction cases
- Maintain accurate and current customer records
- Facilitate effective communication between dealers and customers
- Support onboarding product team with various initiatives
- Ensure strict regulatory compliance throughout the onboarding process
