Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Lab Operations Support Technician to join a high-performing NAND test team. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day support for automated test handlers and testers used in semiconductor memory validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the safe and efficient operation of lab test equipment.
- Execute routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration for Advantest and Teradyne testers.
- Manage hazardous supplies and enforce safety protocols.
- Install interface hardware/change kits and set up automated tests.
- Troubleshoot handler errors and facilitate smooth material flow.
- Generate clear technical documentation (SOPs, flowcharts).
- Track inventory and manage hardware assets.
- Report and document reliability/performance metrics.
- Train users on test equipment as needed.
Required Skills:
- Direct experience with Advantest M67xxAD Handlers/Testers and Teradyne Nextest Magnum Testers
- Preventative maintenance and calibration experience
- Lab safety knowledge and hazardous material handling
- Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Advantest B6700, V93K, T5835, legacy handler series
- Familiarity with chiller and cooling systems
- Experience with test lab metrics reporting
