Job Summary
Our client is seeking a UX Generalist to join their team! This is a fully onsite role in Spring, Texas! This role will play a crucial part in the design and development of internal products. Responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. This role will need to be able to work on multiple projects at once.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct user research (in a group setting) to understand user needs, process steps, behaviors, and pain points
- Translate insights into clear recommendations and design direction
- Design and optimize end-to-end service experiences, ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals
- Create journey maps/process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across products
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
- Act as a partner to the business, fostering positive stakeholder relationships evangelizing UX efforts
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- Led teams to design meaningful, human-centered experiences for complex products and services
- Demonstrated advanced design deliverables, approaches, and industry expertise in a professional portfolio
- Conceptualized and evaluated designs based on user research findings, design critiques, and design industry expertise
- Mentored teams to succeed on projects with complex challenges (e.g. remote teams, cultural barriers, technology constraints, complex regulations)
- Aligned business and project teams with design specifications and strategies
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Basic wireframing & prototyping skills required, advanced skills strongly preferred
- Service Design experience strongly preferred
- Ability to facilitate outcome driven workshops strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $70.00 and $80.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
