Our client, a leading aviation company, is seeking a Software Engineer to join a collaborative development team supporting enterprise application modernization and system integration initiatives. This is a 6 to 18-month contract position requiring a hybrid work schedule, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday.
In this role, you will develop modern web applications, build APIs, and integrate multiple enterprise systems while working closely with product, engineering, and technical leadership in an Agile environment.

In this role, you will develop modern web applications, build APIs, and integrate multiple enterprise systems while working closely with product, engineering, and technical leadership in an Agile environment.

Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Angular
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs using Node.js, Python, and C# to support enterprise system integrations
- Develop scalable front-end solutions that integrate with multiple internal and external applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Participate in system integration efforts, ensuring seamless communication between enterprise platforms and services
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established development standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, code reviews, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on software quality, development processes, and technical standards
- Work with a diverse technology stack and adapt to evolving business and technical requirements
- Apply AI-enabled development tools and modern engineering practices where appropriate to improve productivity and solution quality
- 3 years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience developing front-end applications using Angular
- Hands-on experience developing APIs using Node.js, Python, and C#
- Experience with enterprise application and system integrations
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, web services, and modern software development practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $50.00 and $55.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
