Project Manager, Enterprise Supplier Management

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Project Manager, Enterprise Supplier Management to join their team! This position is located in Richmond, Virginia.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, focusing on rigorous planning, schedule development, and task management using Google Suite
• Implement structure in dynamic, complex environments to ensure work begins and progresses without delay
• Manage and adapt project plans in real-time to meet changing requirements, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule and within the defined scope
• Act as the primary liaison between the strategy team, business partners, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project intent and progress
• Facilitate recurring project meetings, providing clear documentation, action item tracking, and status updates to all levels of the organization
• Leverage influencing and partnership skills to navigate cross-functional dependencies and resolve conflicts that may impact delivery timelines
• Identify operational gaps and risks, developing immediate contingency plans and facilitating necessary scope changes to protect project outcomes
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation to mitigate risk and ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards
• Adhere to department and audit policies, ensuring that resources and schedules are managed according to internal expectations and procedures
• Collaborate with the Program Team to identify opportunities for streamlining project management practices and improving workflow efficiency
• Ensure high-quality results by managing the intersection of scope, schedule, and resources with minimal oversight

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• 3 years of Project Management experience required
• Ability to self-manage and escalate potential roadblocks with confidence
• Experience in resource and task management with the ability to explore solution-oriented approaches based on project-specific needs
• Proficient in Google Suite

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
• Experience in Procurement and/or Finance industry

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $32.00 and $37.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
