Job Summary
Our client a leading communications provider is seeking a Order Entry/Implementation Coordinator to join their team! This position is Hybrid in Irving, Texas.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete flow of all Installs, MACDs (Move, Add, Change, Delete), and Disconnects specifically for the USPS account
- Identify bottlenecks or errors in the order process
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure orders progress through the system without delay
- Maintain all tracking and management duties throughout the USPS migration project, ensuring a seamless transition of services
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- Strong understanding of telecommunications order types, specifically Installs, MACDs, and Disconnects
- Ability to manage high-volume order queues with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal engineering/provisioning teams and external client stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $25.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
