Job Specifications
- Job Type: Full-time

- Location: Augusta, GA
- Pay Rate: $14.15 & $14.30
- Shift Availability: 2nd Shift (7 Am-3 Pm) 3rd Shift (10 Pm-7 Am)
- Additional Requirements: Weekends and overtime required
- Efficiently pack food products while ensuring package seals and code dates are correct.
- Load pouches into caddies in a systematic manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Utilize hydraulic pallet jacks safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with leads, managers, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all company-required PPE protocols for a safe working environment.
- Clean equipment thoroughly at the end of runs and during scheduled clean-ups.
- Ability to stand for 3–4-hour intervals with frequent repetitive motions.
- Capable of reaching above, at, and below shoulder level.
- Comfortable working around machinery and exposure to loud noise.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Commitment to maintaining product integrity and quality.
