Pay Rate: $19/hr

Hours: 12pm-8:30pm Sun-Thur or Tue-Sat

What’s a typical day as Warehouse Clerk? You’ll be:

• Monitoring truck route deliveries and supporting delivery teams to ensure successful appliance deliveries for Lowe’s
• Partnering with client representatives to resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Dispatching and tracking delivery routes, and assembling/auditing route paperwork
• Answering inbound phone calls and responding to customer issues and vendor inquiries
• Maintaining organized documentation, filing paperwork, and updating inventory records
• Processing freight shipments/returns, preparing daily working orders, and assisting with warehouse
  
  

Functions

• Operating a clamp/fork truck as needed and updating orders for billing purposes
• Conducting follow-up calls to customers to gather feedback and support continuous improvement
  
  

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (post-high school education a plus)
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Bring previous customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Can multitask, stay detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment
• Are available to work evenings and Saturdays
• Are professional, dependable, and accountable with excellent organizational and time management.
• Possess strong problem-solving abilities and professional phone etiquette
• Are certified and able to operate a clamp/fork truck
