- Enter and maintain student attendance data in electronic systems
- Accurately update records and handle routine data entry tasks
- Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly and professionally
- Communicate with staff, students, and parents regarding attendance matters
- Assist with clerical tasks, filing, and document management as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and follow school policies/procedures
- Previous experience in clerical, administrative, or data entry roles preferred
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a busy office environment
- Familiarity with basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email)
- Reliability and punctuality for the set schedule
