Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to provide temporary support to our Marketing team. This role will assist with the development of customer presentations, marketing materials, trend research, data analysis, and special projects.

- Create and enhance customer-facing presentations and marketing materials.
- Transform data, research, and insights into visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Support market, consumer, and category trend analysis.
- Assist with gathering, organizing, and analyzing marketing and competitive intelligence data.
- Coordinate and support marketing projects, workshops, and internal initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support additional marketing projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of marketing, insights, business support, or related experience.
- Fragrance house marketing experience a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with exceptional presentation design and storytelling capabilities.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
