- Respond to customer requests, including product information, order details, cancellations, tracking, and billing
- Manage tasks efficiently using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
- High school diploma required
- French language skills are a plus
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and order entry experience
- Demonstrated troubleshooting expertise
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Reliable attendance and a professional attitude
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning
