Scanning Specialist / Document Processor
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail, as well as preparing documents for scanning.
- Operating scanning machines to convert paper files into electronic format efficiently.
- Managing outgoing mail and archiving documents according to established schedules.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of related experience is preferred.
- Are proficient with computers, Windows Explorer, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Can occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and possess strong visual abilities.
