Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday

What You’ll Do As a Recruiter
- Manage the complete recruitment process for diverse positions across multiple levels and locations
- Discover, attract, and engage top talent through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure an equitable, consistent selection process
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience within an industrial or warehouse setting required
- Customer-focused recruiting pro who excels at building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners
- Results-driven, resilient, and able to get things done with enthusiasm and a sense of urgency
- A natural multi-tasker with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communicator and active listener, comfortable engaging audiences both in writing and face-to-face
- Flexible, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
