- Making corrections as needed to maintain data integrity.
- Preparing productivity reports and participating in special projects.
- Supporting appeals processes, including documenting resolutions and processing claims.
- Performing clerical tasks such as opening mail, sorting documents, reviewing and scanning files, and data entry.
- Reporting to the Records Supervisor or designated department lead.
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Are able to stand for periods of time and lift boxes weighing 40 lbs or more.
- Possess strong data entry and keying skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrate initiative and eagerness to learn new processes.
- Are able to work onsite and are available for potential overtime starting at 6am.
